Composition Rules and Guidelines.

BEFORE

AFTER

The objects on this picture are arranged to make the picture look like everything is in the right place. I notice that the photographer used principles of design; putting emphasis on the main object . There are also patterns and proportions on the picture because of all the shapes and angles. To make this picture better, I cropped the guy on the left out to put even more emphasis on the main object. I also straightened the picture so that it wouldn't look so crooked.

In this article I liked Rule 5 where it says leading lines .it helps because it helps you see where the focal point is by using other objects in the photograph.

My favorite in this article is the leaving space rule. This show that even though you take a close up you must always leave space for the background.

This article explained how depth of field is important when taking a picture. It helps show more emphasis on the main object because it helps it stand out.

I like the lean into the frame rule in this article. it allows you to see where the subject of your photo is leading to.

Photography - The Rules of Composition

I like how this article shows simplicity as an important rule of composition. The simplicity of this picture makes it look very real and not planned.
